Meet Mark Jennings

Greetings! I have been in this fun and at times crazy real estate market for the past 30 + years and have to say it’s been the best ride helping others out with their buying and selling needs and often times their biggest investment and feel honored to have helped thousands of people out!
I currently have my real estate license in Arizona and Washington state which both are very different but the same principles apply helping others out.
I am extremely patient with my clients and like to pride myself on the ability to listen to what my clients are trying to accomplish when buying or selling their home. Often times there is too much talking and not enough listening.
I am also very aggressive with my marketing by building a stand alone website for each of my homes I list which in turn gets marketed all over the world through all types of marketing, social media and AI.
When finding a home for my buyers I am a great negotiator on behalf of my clients. Upon closing of their home, I like to throw a "House Warming" party and often times theme based which is a lot of fun plus will invite the immediate neighbors so both can meet and greet! We also do a RSVP to their closest friends and family.
Some of my personal interest are cooking, golf, old cars, riding my Harley, volunteering with the elderly and spent 21 years every Thursday at a local grade school then Saturdays at a Assisted Care home. Also attend an amazing church that I also volunteer at.
